Jake is a Software Engineer who began coding at a young age, peaking interest by making basic games and writing scripts for games he already played. Jake went on to study Software Engineering at RIT. Since then, he has worked for a variety of small to mid size startups, prioritizing work environments where his work could make a big impact. Many of the start ups were in the DoD space, working on exciting projects building the next generation of software for the Navy and Air Force, as well as on projects helping with cancer research. When he's not coding, he spends most of his time lounging at the beach, surfing, discovering new recipes, hiking or playing video games.
